Amber &Tayli

This story started as a love story and is ending in a completely different love story. We have lost one member of our family, but Tayli and I are still our own family. We will continue our Journey as mother and daughter, and best friends....

Spring has Sprung!

On thursday April 21, 2011 I planted some tomato plants hoping this would work. Four days after I planted them, this is what I got!! I am so excited that I am actually seeing some plants!

This picture is just six days after I planted them! I can't believe how fast they are growing! Now lets hope that actual tomatos will grow and not just leaves!! This new project has got me and Ryan thinking, and we are currently looking into maybe planting a fruit tree and some spice boxes off the side of our back porch! Lets hope this tomato plant goes well so that I can have the courage to try more!!

Easter Morning

Easter Morning was so much fun for our family this year! We woke our baby up with a basket from the Easter bunny. She had so much fun going through her fun gifts that she got! She loved getting more heels and a cell phone!! We woke up a little late that Sunday morning because of the previous Saturday night football game of Logan Stampede vs. Utah Valley Desperados. They did very well and took home their first win! It was a fun night and we all had fun at the game! They even had an Easter Egg Hunt for the kids during half time! Tayli was so cute she would grab an egg and throw it into her basket and would say, "MINE!" She had lots of fun out on the field running around! Since we had so much fun the night before, it was a little hard to wake up in time for church! But we did it! We had about forty five minutes to get ready and I had to take a picture cause everyone looked so good!

On our way to church Tayli found her sunglasses and just had to put them on! She loves to wear her sunglasses and wouldn't take them off! We even had to walk into sacrament with her and her glasses on! At least the speakers had something fun to look at!

After Church we drove back over the mountain to Tremonton to Ryan's Aunts house for an outside BBQ! It was a nice day but a little cold, but everyone still had fun! Tayli loved the bubbles, and wanted everyone to keep blowing them for her! She even tried it herself but couldn't figure it out and ended up just licking the bubble wand!! It got to be a little too much cause she got some in her eyes and all over her face and hands, so she was a little upset that I took them away from her. She just kept saying,"bubba!" {Bubble} They even did an Easter egg hunt for the kids and Tayli had a blast! Ryan and I even like all the treats she got! :)

{Tayli found a horse and loved to put her hand in the air and yell yeeha!!}

Easter at the Udy's

After the Easter Egg Hunt in Tremonton, we went over to Grandma and Grandpa Udy's house to hang out and open her Easter basket from the Udy's. She got lots fun stuff and couldn't wait to try it out! Especially her heels and bubbles!

We also decided that for Ryan and I's Easter present, we would join together and get a new lawnmower!! Unfortunatly at the end of the season last year, our previous one passed away thanks to some ungreatful neighbors who borrowed ours and then returned it broken! Thanks to those people we needed a new one for the next few years! Ryan has even tried it out already and liked the new one so much he had to mow our nice neighbors lawn for them too!!

Drip..Drip....Drop

Leaky Roof...No thanks!

A couple mornings ago I woke up to get ready for work and noticed a puddle in our entry way tile. A very big puddle! I looked around and around to try and find what it was, wether it was an animal accident or a baby accident. After a minute of searching I heard drip drip drop...drip drip drop...right above my head! Thats right, it had been a rain storm all night and had been leaking all night long in my roof!! We called a roof man immediatly and after $150 dollars later we thought the problem was taken care of. But by the next rain storm we learned it had not and the cieling looked worse! Well hopefully when the roof man comes back he will give us a big refund and actually fix the roof!!

~Time to Work~

Our little working Diva!! She does look good while hard at work. I can't deny that I wish it was a color bowl and some shears that she was so excited about!!

Let the hunt BEGIN!!

What can I say about my beautiful daughter? She LOVES the Easter Bunny!! {So far on the list, is Big Blue from the Aggie games, Santa Clause, and now the Easter Bunny} Even now as I"m typing this, she is kissing the computer screen where the Easter Bunny's face is!!} She is so fun this little angel! The Saturday before Easter, we drove over the mountain to go to one of Ryan's favorite hunts in Tremonton. When we pulled up we were the first ones there so we got Tayli out of the car and took her over to the bunny! She Loved him so much that we had to keep going back in line to see him again!!

And Again....

{She is snuggling his leg cause she just wanted to love on him!}
And Again.....

And one last time!!!

Tayli had so much fun and couldn't wait to go get the eggs! She kept going out in the field before it was time and tried grabbing some eggs. We would have to rip them from her death grip, and then walk over to the side and wait some more. And she would cry and cry and somehow get back out on the field and grab more eggs! Finally when it was time, she ran out as fast as she could!! But, she got too side tracked by the other kids to even notice the eggs this time!! Eventually she got around to getting the eggs and got some great prizes!! She Loves the chalk and couldn't wait to use it!! Happy Hunting Tayli!!

The Udy's Golf???

Just spending some time with my baby! I got her a cute little golf set, and she likes to just play with the flags, and the balls. Sometimes she will take the clubs and bang them together! Oh well, Golf doesn't run in our family anyway!!
